Responsibilities
• Receive and process customer taxi booking requests through the Go Taxi APP.
• Monitor and track the real-time location and status of each taxi using our advanced dispatching system.
• Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and any necessary information related to customer requests or route changes.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to optimise resource allocation and adherence to schedules.
• Stay updated on local traffic conditions, road closures, and events that may affect taxi services.
• Analyse data to identify areas for service improvement and implement necessary corrective actions.
