If you don't see an answer to your question, you can send us an email from our contact form.
Yes after each trip you will be automatically emailed a recipt for your trip. You can also access and download these via your member area. Trip history are also stored in your Go Taxi APP.
Trips can be paid for using cash or card directly via the APP. If you're a company you can also pay for your staffs/customers trips via monthly invoice.
You can access your account via the member area
You will receive notification and SMS messages when your driver has accepted, on his way and arrived. The APP will be play a car horn sound on your drivers arrival.
Yes these are regularly sent via email, on our social media channels and also on local promotions.
